2. Services, Info Products and Goods

2.1 Quick Micro-Learning Utilities Services

LearnNowsPro provides live or on-demand training sessions, tutorials, and skill-building modules focused on concise learning experiences. Services may be delivered via web conference, video platform, or other electronic means.

2.2 Info Products

Info products include e-books, downloadable guides, recorded lessons, and templates. Access is granted immediately upon successful registration and fee settlement.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as workbooks, kits, or branded materials ordered through LearnNowsPro.com will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

3. Fees and Billing

All fees are stated in the currency indicated on the website. Charges are processed through authorized processors. You agree to provide accurate billing details and to update them as needed to ensure uninterrupted access.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel a booked live session or subscription within seven (7) days of purchase and have not accessed more than 10% of the content, you may request a refund of the fee paid. To initiate, contact support with your order details. Refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Once more than 10% of a service is accessed or completed, no refund is available due to the nature of live and on-demand delivery. However, you may request to reschedule an upcoming session at least 48 hours in advance without additional charge.

4.2 Info Products

Digital downloads and recorded materials are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of their intangible and irreversible nature, all sales of info products are final. No refunds will be issued once access links or files have been provided. If you experience technical issues accessing materials, contact support for assistance and replacement links.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days. If the item is damaged, you may choose to receive a replacement or a refund. Returns after fourteen (14) days are not accepted.

5. Modifications and Transfers

LearnNowsPro reserves the right to modify or discontinue offerings at any time. For services, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session subject to availability and at least 48 hours’ notice. No transfers are permitted for info products after access is granted. Goods may not be altered once shipped.

6. Cancellation

We may cancel or postpone services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra charge.

8. Governing Law
